Food Matching

There are many techniques that people use when matching food and wine that include
- matching red meats with red wine
- matching white meats including seafoood with white wines

Others match the texture, flavour and taste of food and select similar attributes in their wines. Whichever method you use, there is really no right or wrong. Ultimately it depends on an individual's palate and it is always good to experiment and try different combinations. For example Chardonnay compliments pork while Pinot Noir goes nicely with chicken.
